1. Booking Policy
All bookings made through our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A valid identity proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory at the time of check-in.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Occupancy
The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each room type. Extra person charges may apply if applicable.
4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to maintain the decorum and sanctity of the guesthouse. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati.
